Having seemingly not got very far with the interview, Chloe leaves.

Only then, and this is a lovely moment, to have Spunk thrown at her by the cellmate Miggs, or at least the character in the next cell.

Calling her back, Lecter gives her a cryptic clue before she escapes to cry against her car in the outside car park.

He has not seen anything besides this room in eight years.

So after successfully navigating away from the sexual comments that Miggs made earlier...

Clarice tries to bring the topic back to her questionnaire that she wants to give him.

She wants him to fill it out, but this completely disappoints Lecter.

She's running around the track.

And then she's studying up on Dr. Lecter in her spare time, seeing what other things that he's done in his fucked up lifetime.

A few days later, Jack actually calls Clarice and tells her the news that Miggs is dead.

Yeah, apparently Hannibal was whispering things to him in his cell until he eventually swallowed his own tongue, so it's all Hannibal Lecter's fault.
