Their current record, The Curse of Public Opinion, has been out about a month and a half, and they dropped a single called Modern Convenience with the singer of I Am The Avalanche guesting on the track.

I think it's absolutely brilliant.

I love that contrast between the clean and the harsh vocal and bringing Vinny in of I Am The Avalanche to add that element of savagery to it.

I think it's brilliant.

The band are called Public Opinion.

You have to have a good opener, you have to have a good closer, right? And a lot of times, closers are easy.

Let's save a soft anthemic, longer song, like Gratitude from I Am The Avalanche or Chapter 13 from Plus 44.

Those are perfect closers, these big grand noise things.

And Falling Downs is different.

Russo's there, so I'm looking forward to seeing him.

I was looking forward to seeing I Am The Avalanche, but they are pretty much before my set, so I'm going to have to miss those guys.

But I was hoping to see Vinny.

Hopefully I'll catch up with Vinny at some point, because I played with him solo as well.
