Hurricane Isaac

And in the end, you know, insurance is a promise to be there to get you back on your feet.

So making sure that you are working with an insurance carrier that will keep that promise and I recall early on in my career, I actually went down to Louisiana after Hurricane Isaac with our claims team to help with some triage and damage assessment.

And I remember our head of claims talking to some of our independent adjusters and telling them, hey, we're going to have you guys go out there and look at all of our properties.

I don't know who else you've worked with in the past, but I just want you to know here at ICAP, we want you to tell us exactly what the damage is and what it's going to cost to get them back on their feet.

Yes.

Ironically, the last time I watched this movie before this was 14 years ago during Hurricane Isaac and Jordan.

My ex-wife is a therapist and she stayed with my family for Hurricane Isaac.

And we were at my parents' house because they, you know, they have the most secure place.

It's like the hurricane house.

That's tough.

We had at one point in time the Hurricane Isaac, I think, that was up on the East Coast at one point in time.

Not necessarily a delay, but just being off script with everything you were supposed to do.

We were waiting around saying if we were going to play the game.
