A-ha is a Norwegian synth pop band.

This song was released in October of 1984, and it was from their debut album, Hunting High and Low, that came out in 1985.

It went to number one in October of 1985, bolstered by the wide exposure of the music video on MTV that used a live action pencil sketch animation.

Probably one of the most recognizable music videos of all time, I would say.

but i was like man this is you know they talked about we could continue because they could have the avatars or whatever or people could come in and take their places like they they really could because to me kiss is just the the entity on the live stage because they had other songwriters they had other people playing their parts on the albums and all but live is where it's at
