So when in 2020 I was working at the Whangamomena pub there, I'd just come out of shoulder surgery, previously done a diploma in outdoor instructing, and I swapped a box of beer for a Hanoi pup and decided that I probably should put a Hanoi pup to use.

So that's probably where the career and the step forward.

I had a pup, so I thought, what's the worst that could happen? And then, yeah, here we are today.
