So- That's why there's so much resistance because it's how we approach it.

But if we approach it differently, then we'll get a much better outcome.

okay uh talking about approach being very very important in this particular topic of accountability so uh kevin thank you very much now kevin i see that you received a major recognition for your leadership and your service so how did that make you feel uh in 2024 You received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and a Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism.

So can you share with us how was that period like and how did these awards make you feel?

If you're in one of these relationships, it's a unique and cold experience.

awful space Also, there's a lot of overlap with the self-righteous narcissist and the communal narcissist the communal narcissist, you know, those are the types that are the the do-gooders the the the Humanitarians the rescuers yet Even though they're out there rescuing elephants and raising money and doing all this good stuff and I'm so great and I'm going to save people, then they'll really, really be horrible to their children or their families, that kind of thing.

And remember, for the communal narcissist, the validation is coming through the perception that they're doing all these good things.

And people say, oh my goodness, you're such a great elephant rescuer.

But I have a master's degree in marriage and family therapy, and I have an LHD, not a PhD.

An LHD is an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism, which for me is my most prized possession.

And the reason why is because it was given to me for the work I've done all around the world in the industry that I'm in, rather than not.

You see what I'm saying? What I know is I'm a smart girl.
