But none of those names fill me with any confidence.

Not that they wouldn't do better than Rui Borges, but just there's no clear upgrade at the moment.

Now, one of the reasons we wanted to do Strasbourg a little bit later is that we knew they'd be pretty active in the transfer window and that has proven to be the case with lots of comings, lots of goings as we've talked about.

I mean, one of those is, of course, The coach himself, right? So their third head coach in 18 months, I suppose, following Liam Rossignol, following Gary O'Neill and Hugo Oliveira.

So, you know, a little known manager, it's fair to say.

I mean, you know, you and me, Bapo, as Fulham fans...

I just found them so likeable.

I like the Dewey, of course, now gone to Bayer Leverkusen, but the Dewey-Panicelli partnership, I think at the start of the season.

from right wing back contributing multiple crosses onto the nugget of Joaquin Panicelli of course he won't have these weapons to play with right, Hugo Oliveira and the team I think has undergone a lot of churn and you know this is some of the messages that he's been pushing a little bit that it you know But there are changes.

It's young players.

I just, this feels, this move finally felt right for him.

You know, you and I were chatting about this beforehand, but manager Hugo Oliveira referred to Reyna as the heart of Strasburg.

What a comment.

I know technically bef- just before this season started, Hugo Oliveira left, so I guess that's t- but if we're talking about the first one to go, Joao Joao t- very surprising, to be fair, because four points from four doesn't-- I know it doesn't seem that great, but considering how Casa Pia started, how Estoril started, I probably would have had either one of those two managers going first.

Casa Pia haven't scored a goal.

Um, and Strasbourg, you know, uh, losing big time in the first game, really stepping up here and, and showing that there is quality within the team.

And really interesting for Hugo Oliveira, first, uh, home game for Strasbourg, and perhaps there's something there as well.

Um, could we see Strasbourg perhaps, um, challenging the other teams for Champions League spots, or what do you guys think about, uh, this game?

[sighs] I think, uh, that's gonna be a tough one for Strasbourg given all the players that they have, um, uh, lost during the transfer window or that they've sold for good money.

They're obviously onto a good thing after last season finishing second and winning the Coupe, uh, de France.

Strasbourg were well beaten by Marseille at four-nil, and Hugo Oliveira, another new manager, has a big g- job to do.

Lens manager Dino Topmüller looks a perfect coach for them in that he's chaotic and fun, but usually plays winning football as well.

They're gonna take some stopping at the weekend, and, uh, Strasbourg may not be able to do it, so Lens to win over 2.5 goals.

First game also for Coach Hugo Oliveira in, in Strasbourg and for a couple of other players, Filip Jörgensen on loan, the goalkeeper.
