Hudson Freeman

Joining me this week are Mark Stepro and Chase Elodia.

Mark plays with The Wallflowers and has worked with artists like Butch Walker and Brett Dennen, and Chase plays with Hudson Freeman, among many others, and is also about to release his own record entitled Real Ones on October 23rd, 2026.

So this week, we continue putting the new Drum Panel format to work.

We hear questions from the work, the playing, the why, records and drummers, and hot takes.

because I'm a musician, sometimes people send me their records early.

So I, I got the new, uh, Hudson Freeman record.

He's the guy who made that riff that everyone loved on the internet.

His new record is cool.

You know, the same thing.

Hudson Freeman can hear how to play a variation and go, that one's even more emotional.

Got it.

Yeah.

You know? He fits in there.

Whereas, like, some artists, like Aaron Mane, like Porches or, or Hudson Freeman, like, that makes sense that they're here-

Mm-hmm
