Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman

Who are they? Ibn Kathir reports the well-known view.

From Hudhayfah, Ibn Abbas, Ibn Masud, and others.

They are people whose good and bad deeds came out equal, held between the two places until Allah decides.

Al-Qurtubi records other views as well, among them the righteous and learned, the martyrs, and the prophets.

The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, asked, "Who is there?" And the reply came that, "I am Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas." The Holy Prophet, peace be upon him, asked that, "What has brought you here?" Upon this, Hazrat Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas replied that, "A concern arose in my heart for your safety, and so I came to stand guard for you." The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, then prayed for him and slept peacefully.

In another narration of the same incident, Hazrat Aisha states that when she heard the sound of weapons, and the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, asked who was there, the reply was that Sa'd and Huzaifah had come.

Two men are mentioned in this narration, and they had come to stand guard.

The Holy Prophet, peace be upon him, then slept until Hazrat Aisha could hear the sound of his rapid breathing, a type of breathing that would occur whilst he was receiving divine revelation.

Like, the fitna at home will ""Tu kaffiruha as-salatu wa sadaqah." If you pray prayers, if you give sadaqah, you can fix the fitna at home.

Don't worry." So then, "Wa lakin innakum sami'a nabiyya Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam yadhkuruuna fitna- " He's like, "But the Prophet then told us about fitna that will come like waves on the Ummah, like waves." So Hudhayfah said, "Everybody was q- quiet." "Fakultu ana- " Hudhayfah goes, "I remember this hadith.

Let me tell you the ha- hadith." He says, "The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, 'Tu'radhu fitan 'ala al-quloob.' That fitnas will come against the hearts." Not against your actions, against your heart.

Because here's the thing, if Shaitan throws your heart off, he got you.

These are all names that indicate the power and majesty of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala.

Hudhayfah radiallahu anhu, similar, uh, suppli- uh, dhikr, but the different spot in the salah.

Hudhayfah radiallahu anhu said he prayed with the Prophet Sallallahu alayhi wasallam.

So when he made takbir, he said, "Allahu Akbar, dhil Jabbaruti wal malakuti wal kibriyai wal azama." Okay? So he said this after.

He said, "Allahu Akbar," like Du'a al-Istiftah.

There's no way this would have happened unless the intervention, divine intervention.

And so the Prophet SAW sends Ali Radi Allahu Anhu and I believe it was Hudhayfah.

He sends two of the Sahaba, and he describes the caravan, and he says, "There's gonna be a lady dressed like this.

She has the letter," a letter.

Pack up and leave at once, for I have decided to go

Hudhayfah got the information and headed back.

He still didn't feel any cold.

But as soon as he reached the Messenger of Allah , the cold returned.

That's one.

Al-Sha'tha' Al-Sha'tha' from Hudhayfah, he said, it was only, he said, it was only, the Nafaq on the covenant of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.

As for today, it is only Kufr after Iman.

So these two narrations are very similar, as you can see, both coming from Hudaifah, Ibn al-Iman, and this is the idea that he said hypocrisy in the time of the Prophet was hidden and now it's out in the open.
