What rights do labor workers have? And what should they do first if they are injured on the job?

Well, when somebody gets injured, they should notify their employer of their injury.

And they should seek immediate medical care and treatment to take care of themselves.

And then in our office, we provide a free consultation for anybody that's injured on the job.

I'm sure anybody that's part of helping people that are injured will provide that free consultation and just get people on the road to where they need to go.

You know, taking this when we're talking about the road, when you get to the end of the road, let's say there's somebody that wants to try to handle a case on their own.

There are certain courts, like in criminal court, Where the judge says, are they giving an admonishment to somebody that's trying to represent themselves to say, you know, you have the right to have a lawyer help you with this case.
