I'm a Houstonian.

My district, Texas 38, it's the city of Houston, Memorial, the Energy Corridor.

Many people call it the energy capital of the world.

Houston is the number one human and sex trafficking city in America.

Mm-hmm.

I live in an, uh, area called Energy Corridor.

Gotcha.

So I've heard those noises before, and I just really don't pay much attention to them anymore.
