Um, if I may, uh, I, when I read the, um, summary in the memo, I thought it was a little bit confusing, so I outlined it differently here.
LeahUNKNOWN
32:10
Essentially what the memo is, um, explaining is that the request was for $10,000 per unit in Affordable Housing Trust Fund grants, $80,000 in, uh, funds to cover city fees, for a total of 360, uh, request.

OK, we're going to take one more question and then I saw a few more hands go up, but don't worry, we're going to have more questions after.

On the local political front, I'm curious if you could talk a little more about the political splits within and beyond the Democratic Party and which forces, I mean, we know that it's huge AI and tech money and the mayor going predominantly toward some of the measures and against some that you talked about already, but what other forces are at play with sort of big money versus these different political communities in the city? And I guess, particularly around affordable housing I mean I know I understand like Prop C for instance was a bargain that was cut they actually hugely cut the inclusionary levels for affordable housing the city policy in order to come up with this idea of putting some money into the housing trust fund and then with prop I'll just add Like this is an existing tax that we already have, that voters already approved for affordable housing.
Chris CookUNKNOWN
25:37
So I just wonder if you could talk, like, who are the forces that are promoting this? And the mayor talks about affordable housing, but then why would he be opposing something that is providing tens of millions of dollars for that? Thank you.
