I had a cannabis smoking neighbor who has been moved on by the Housing Association after two years of issues.

There is still an outstanding final judication from the Housing Ombudsman on the Housing Association handling of the case.

I'm looking to sell.

Do I have to inform the new buyers of the ongoing Housing Ombudsman case? Hmm.

Why

If the seller has previously reported the matter as a formal neighbor dispute, it may need to be declared.

However, if the dispute has been resolved, there is generally no legal obligation to disclose it.

The United States Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, or the CFPB saw 5x growth in complaints over the same period.

There were similar jumps in Brazilian judicial petitions and German parliamentary petitions.

Part two is gonna be, um, un- and important to say with part one as well, um, there will be penalties for people not kind of- Okay, yeah ... complying with that.

It's mostly gonna be monitored by the Housing Ombudsman, so there will be kind of, you know, if people aren't complying with that- Yeah ... they'll check.

But it'll also fall under the regulator social housing as well, who'll probably check that that publication scheme is in place.
