SavsHOST
8:50
I have it in a PSA 10.
SavsHOST
8:53
I'm not a huge Houndoom fan, but I just really feel like the cards that he's portrayed in are so good.
SavsHOST
9:00
But this one from Destined Rivals, I've loved ever since the Japanese premiered it.
SavsHOST
9:03
the Japanese set and it's Houndoom jumping over a team rock.
SavsHOST
9:06
I don't know if that's Archer.
SavsHOST
9:07
I'm not sure which team rocket it is.
BexHOST
14:53
I definitely do, I have a couple.
BexHOST
14:55
But mine is Houndoom.
GalatradHOST
14:56
Oh, yes.
CellGUEST
14:58
Its species is dark Pokemon.
BexHOST
15:13
I will say, I'll talk about like kind of why I picked him in just a second, but I will say playing the ZA games where we get the alphas back, that is a terrifying alpha.
GalatradHOST
15:24
Yes, it is.
BexHOST
15:25
There is a, there is an area I think where you go, and y- I think at first like if y- well, if you experienced it like I did, I think at first you walk over and you see, is it Houndour that evolves into Houndoom?
GalatradHOST
15:35
Yeah.
AJHOST
55:22
Yeah.
DavidHOST
55:23
So I got my water, and then pick two, I'm gonna go with Houndoom.
AJHOST
55:32
You motherfucker.
DavidHOST
55:33
You fucking took Arcanine last time, and you can shove that up your ass.
DavidHOST
55:39
So you got two picks.
AJHOST
55:39
See, that was, that was my risk, was there's really only two good fire types in this game.
AJHOST
55:50
Uh, Typhlosion, Houndoom, and there is no other good grass types, in my opinion.
AJHOST
55:59
So it's like, you go Meganium and you get Houndoom, you go Typhlosion and you kind of skip out on a grass type.
DPhiE250HOST
17:54
hang on, what's that?
FishOnAHeaterHOST
17:55
Because the Houndoom's getting to foul play every 10 turns.
FishOnAHeaterHOST
18:00
Yeah, so the Houndoom would have the better of that matchup as well.
FishOnAHeaterHOST
18:05
I'm also going to give a shout out to Posey May in the Pallet Town PvP server who insists that infestation is the fast move to use rather than acid, which it will be able to provide a lot of fast move pressure against opposing Cradily.
FishOnAHeaterHOST
18:23
The only drawback, and I think it is a reasonable drawback, which is why I haven't made the leap myself yet, is that the pacing to the rock tombs and grass knots is is slower so it's going to take you 15 turns to get to the first charge attack and then 12 after that whereas with acid it's 14 and then 12 12 12 and with bullet seed it's just 12 every time
RicarioHOST
78:15
What about...
CedricHOST
78:17
Because what about Houndoom? That's learned Trailblaze recently.
Tony of PrideHOST
78:22
Yeah, Houndoom is a good pick.
Tony of PrideHOST
78:25
I agree.
Tony of PrideHOST
78:25
It is going to be very scared of all the water Pokemon though.
Caleb PengHOST
35:04
I think they were the same rates.
TristanHOST
35:06
I thought Houndour and Houndoom were 5.
TristanHOST
35:08
I thought it was like the Weedles that were giving 10.
TristanHOST
35:11
Oh,
Caleb PengHOST
35:11
maybe, maybe, maybe.
Caleb PengHOST
35:12
Yeah, maybe I misremembered that.
Caleb PengHOST
35:12
But I feel like during that event, I feel like I remember getting a Houndoom
SteveHOST
35:16
with 10.
Card BabaHOST
45:56
It's not as good as the other three we've come up with.
Damaged CardsHOST
45:58
Houndoom.
Damaged CardsHOST
46:00
I don't know if Houndoom is underrated.
Damaged CardsHOST
46:01
It's not underrated.
Damaged CardsHOST
46:02
Okay, fair.
Jonathan HolmesHOST
25:06
Uh, what's, uh, what problem did I solve for you? I can't remember.
RyanHOST
25:09
I think it was the Houndoom.
Jonathan HolmesHOST
25:11
Oh, yeah.
RyanHOST
25:12
And also it was having to get all of those points.
RyanHOST
25:21
Yeah.
Jonathan HolmesHOST
25:21
There's a big Pokemon who's totally heavy metal and fun.
Jonathan HolmesHOST
25:25
It's like a skull Doberman Pinscher named Houndoom, and there's a alpha one, which they just took the same Houndoom graphics and made it twice as big.
Jonathan HolmesHOST
25:35
And you could beat him, you could catch him, but he just, he had glowing red eyes and the music was scary, so you ran away from him over and over.
Tony of PrideHOST
7:51
I'll take it.
Tony of PrideHOST
7:52
And the new Mega Level 4s actually look decent in Beedrill and Houndoom.
Tony of PrideHOST
7:56
I think Houndoom is the big standout here.
Tony of PrideHOST
7:58
It is going to be the most powerful Dark-type Mega, obviously, until we get Mega Darkrai in the game.
Tony of PrideHOST
8:03
Okay.
CedricHOST
9:04
But I think if the situations were changed, I probably would have hatched more eggs.
CedricHOST
9:09
And even the new mega level fours, I didn't pay too much attention to it only because I haven't personally newsed.
CedricHOST
9:17
Or I don't even have the, I think, mega evolution for like Houndoom.
The PokeStorytellerHOST
6:07
Stepping slowly out of the dense fog was a creature of pure intimidation.
The PokeStorytellerHOST
6:12
It was Houndoom.
The PokeStorytellerHOST
6:14
The dark and fire-type hellhound bared its sharp, white fangs.
The PokeStorytellerHOST
6:18
Thick, dark smoke billowed from its snout.
The PokeStorytellerHOST
6:40
It was pure, wild instinct.
The PokeStorytellerHOST
6:43
The silent sniper and the brutal hellhound had a common enemy.
The PokeStorytellerHOST
6:46
Houndoom launched forward, accelerating to incredible speeds.
The PokeStorytellerHOST
6:50
The hellhound became a blur of black and orange, darting expertly between the thrashing, corrupted roots.
