Yep, there's some other little chunks around, but yeah, up there south of Houghton Lake is where we turkey hunt a lot.

So, yeah, there's opportunities.

Flint area, about an inch and a half.

Houghton Lake was just under an inch, all below average readings.

And Lansing was below average by about an inch and a half.

So you can tell.

And McBain Northern Michigan Christian fought a hard fight against Houghton Lake, three sets to two.

McBain took down Manton, three to one.

Sheboygan defeated Pelston, three to zero.

Harbor Springs will take on Leland at 7 o'clock.

And TC West will take on Grand Haven at 7.30. And for volleyball matchups tonight, currently underway is Johannesburg-Lewiston and Alcona, Gaylord-St. Mary and Maple City-Glenn Lake, Pelston and Sheboygan, and coming up at 6.30 is Cadillac and Alpena, Gaylord and T.C. West, and at 7 is Benzie Central and Elk Rapids, Frankfurt and Lake Leelanau-St. Mary, Houghton Lake and McBain-Northern Michigan-Christian, and Mancelona and Grayling, and at 7.30 is Hillman at Tawas.

Well, in soccer, as it is the lone playoffs that are already underway, football will be kicking off soon, but Northern Michigan is guaranteed to have at least one team left locally as Harbor Springs and Leland, as Austin said, will be playing each other.

So even if Elk Rapids and T.C. West lose, there will be a local rooting interest heading to, I think it would be the regional finals? The regional final.

West Branch and Bad Axe had overnight lows a year ago this morning at 26%.

Alma was at 27, Carroll and Midland also at 27.

He was devoted to his three children, his grandson, and his extended family.

He loved summers at the cottage in Houghton Lake, Michigan, enjoyed attending live local theater, and was a political junkie.

He loved dogs, especially the three chihuahuas the family had over the years, Carmi, Zap, and Vienna.

Survivors include his wife, Linda, his sons, Stephen and Kevin, his daughter, Julie, his grandson, George Ryberg, two special nieces, Emma and Alicia Anderson, and his brother-in-law, Stephen Anderson.
