Hot Springs

As a fellow thru-hiker like I am, you probably know all about Elmer Hall.

He is a hostel owner down in Hot Springs, North Carolina, and he runs the Sunny Bank Inn in Hot Springs.

For 48 years, he's hosted hikers in his home, and his home is 180 years old, and he gives home-cooked, chef-quality, all-you-can-eat vegetarian meals.

in in that place and uh he's been doing it for years and he's he again i throw on the term legend a lot but he's another legend on the at the other thing that he's involved with is one of the best trail festivals is called trail fest and that is in hot springs and he's the founder of trail fest The only negative thing I have to say about Elmer Hall is that I've come through hot springs two times hiking, and each time the Sunnybank Inn was full, so I didn't get a chance to partake of his vegetarian meals.
