With a background spanning finance, technology, and operations, she eventually found her way to Coop's Hot Fudge, a product she had loved for years and one that was actually part of her own wedding story.

Four and a half years ago, Megan took the helm of Koops, bringing her entrepreneurial spirit and operational expertise to this treasured classic.

Today, she's focused on growing the brand while staying true to what makes Koops so special.

So Mark had a whole professional background prior to having an ice cream shop.

And that was where Koops was created.
