Horseshoe Bend

While Grand Canyon gets about 25 million visitors a year, Page, Arizona gets about 5 million visitors per year.

So Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, some really natural sites are in Page that people come for.

So what started as a property that was listed for $6 million got knocked down to five, then four, then 3.9. And after I finished talking to the seller, he was willing to do an all cash or kind of no seller finance or creative finance for $3.3 million.

So 50 keys for $3.3 million.

We're two hours from Grand Canyon.

We're three hours from Zion National Park.

Not even to mention Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon, which are in the actual town.

So just having influencers and people who make content a lot better than I do, because I know mine can be cringy at times, having them showcase the property in the area, I think is going to only pay us dividends.

Not that settling the Pacific North- Northwest was, like, great for history, right? But I love the way that the settlers come over here, and the way that they pick names, it's always kind of interesting.

And you get weird, like, "That's Horseshoe Bend."

Was taking photos of the night sky at Horseshoe Bend in Arizona.

And all of a sudden a bat became trapped between her face and the camera.

And she screamed and it flew in her mouth and bit her.

So we basically used the left lens to paint out the left lens, the left lens video to paint out the left lens, which gives you that extra, uh, I wanna say, like maybe five to 10 degrees field of view to be able to look left and actually see the left wing tip.

Well, there it is, coming up on Horseshoe Bend.

So you'll see, like, when we were over Horseshoe Bend, at one point we dip to black and we come back up, and you're centered looking out the window.

'Cause, like, we, we really want you to look out the window.

I think there was a, a moment in, um, in Monument Valley where same thing, like we're putting people here and looking out the window.

In hindsight, I think we could have turned the camera a little bit more, uh, just so they weren't kind of deciding whether they wanted to look out the window or look at the avionics.

But I lo- I mean, I really love those shots.

I think the first one we did was at Horseshoe Bend, and you can see the left wing tip.

It's its own beast.

I've seen it at that Horseshoe Bend place in Arizona.

You know where you pay 10 bucks to get in there and you walk out sweating your balls off in a heat or your figurative balls if you're a lady, whatever.

And, you know, you're just out there cooking in the sun and you go out to this fucking Horseshoe Bend, snap some selfies and you go back.

I was out there looking at all the cool plants.

There's a lot of cool plants once you get to that cliff above the river.

You know, the Horseshoe Bend.

You've seen it.

My intuition was lighting up and began showing me how to realign the energetic grid in the heart of Zion with my shamanic gifts.

Then I pulled off at Horseshoe Bend, the exact geographical point where the massive Colorad- Colorado River is forced to make a sharp 180-degree turnaround against solid stone.

Right there at the site of that physical turnaround, the universe altered my plans.

I met a couple exactly 10 years my senior.
