I think the governor's office has done an amazing job with their Office of Workforce Strategic Development and funding a number of initiatives Jennifer's team has delivered across the state in collaboration with Sam's folks and of their organized labor and these network nodes of workforce development and community organizations.

So I think sh- a good shout-out, you know, to Hope Knight and, um, the governor and their offices for really f- putting the money where [chuckles] the mouth is on driving initiatives to get people through the door.

So I think continuing to collaborate with those offices that maintain those commitments, uh, continuing to reach across our nat- you know, international borders to our brothers and sisters who are doing other, um, programs like this, and then just keeping, uh, you know, your hand in your own, uh, community and, and keeping present to the people who are looking for that next career.

You just never know what conversation you're gonna have that's gonna unlock, uh, a, a, a momentary recognition that someone is curious, and they just need someone else to, uh, connect that conversation and, and open that door, uh, to feed that curiosity, and that, I think, is collaborating together is gonna keep that alive.
