that list will be a little bit easier having this list to reference as well though so as bad so um jim also wrote here in order to complete um this list and keep it to 250 we needed to use some criteria we decided that all current state record holders when legal In the events that are contested at the state meets, all athletes who won at least three indoor or three outdoor media champion titles, all distance runners who captured multiple XC media champion titles and won a national XC title were automatically chosen.
