For the benefit of our listeners, can you tell us what Find Me is all about?

Yes.

So it's about two sisters, Hallie and Gertie, who are completely different people.

So Hallie's an SES award-winning search and rescue worker.

She's practical, she's responsible, reliable, and her sister Gertie is the total opposite.

She's a bohemian carefree spirit.

The two haven't spoken to one another for about five years and now they're being forced together to venture up Mount Mercy which is a notorious mountain in Tasmania to search for their missing brother who went missing three years ago.

Now, Holly, as we are a library podcast, do you have any recent book recommendations you can share with us?

All of it kind of comes together and it's a long process, right? What would be your piece of advice that you would pass on to someone now who's like, trying to break in or even at that part of like, where do I fit? What kind of, yeah, what kind of advice would you pass on for that?

Yeah.

So I, this is a question that always gets asked and this is my, always my same answer.

If you're starting out or writing or anywhere in your journey, I feel like number one, you have to find a writing circle, club, community or group.

that you can completely trust to just give feedback and like gain feedback as well and not take any of that feedback personally, like really listen to it because those people will be, they're like your readers and they'll be able to say to you, why don't you try doing, you know, historical fiction or I love the way you write, you know, with your thriller voice or whatever.

Those are the people that you're going to surround yourself with that are just going to give you all of the kind of advice on to, you know, or maybe you can deepen this character or strengthen that plot line or whatever.

That's the first thing.
