Polly, would you mind telling us a little bit about your background?

Yeah.

So my journey starts maybe a little bit like Tyra's where kind of earlier on high school ish.

I was working with individuals with intellectual disabilities through my work as a swimming instructor.

And it just sort of seemed like I had a passion to teach children that may have struggled a little bit more And turns out I was pretty good at it.

And so I kind of thought, wow, maybe this might be a path.

And what might that look like? And I had worked with some children with autism that were learning how to swim.

And so yeah, I sort of second to your your plug there for all the resources.
