So could you tell me just about the changes that you've made to the original Holidays Act 2003 and how this is different from the original?

Yeah, absolutely.

So the Holidays Act was the law that basically said you get four weeks annual leave, you get two weeks sick leave, some rules around what happens if you work a public holiday, you get time and a half plus a day in lieu, domestic violence leave, all of those things.
