The Arizona Department of Transportation has completed a bridge rehabilitation project on a key route into Holbrook.

The $2.4 million Little Colorado Bridge project along State Route 77 began in April, with the goal of rehabilitating and extending the life of the bridge that lies just south of Holbrook, on the way to Snowflake.

Crews milled and repaired the existing bridge deck and bridge joints, and replaced the roadway pavement on the north end of the bridge to join Nevin Avenue.
