How do you prefer to recharge after a long, long day of work?

I like to have a shower, wear my fluffy robe, and just sit on the couch, have a glass of wine, and then just watch Hoarders.

hoarder? Now there's a question.

It's called organized chaos, okay? I have an order to do things.

There's a carillon that plays music and it's lit up at night.

Um, it's really big and, um, there's just a lot of nice things about it, but so, you know, learning how to learn better, um, my what I'm putting into my body you know getting exercise and also finding things to relate to so I've talked a lot about tv shows and movies that you can relate to for me a lot of times that's dark comedies and that's um that would be the number one thing and then um shows where maybe people can be cynical um and even a show like hoarders like I talked about hoarding in regards to the home situation that I grew up in and how that was kind of a part of it.

But the show Hoarders, and I've mentioned this several years ago, the show Hoarders is very relatable for people who grow up in long-term trauma.

Because if you watch the dysfunction in the home, one, it's a long-term dilemma, hoarding.

to the people who are the children of the people who are in a hoarding home and they become adults a lot of times they do not talk to their parents anymore who are these hoarders and that can be very relatable for long-term trauma you don't talk to the people who traumatize you right you don't talk to them anymore um and sometimes people do talk to them still but it's very chaotic it's very chaotic um And so things like that can be relatable, but I want to stress that I have learned in the last couple of years that even though I relate to those things, those dark comedies and those heavy shows like that, it's very important to not just watch that all day long.

I can admit some things to you.

My wife's brother is a cinematographer for a TV show, Hoarders.

So we might just send him

out there.

I, I'm not, they're, I'm not even kidding you.

It was like something you would see on an episode of Hoarders, you know, just dirty, filthy environment.

And had social services stepped into that house, those kids would have been taken away.

And if they already, and if they did step into the house and not take those children away, it also shows the failure on their part, because I can't imagine anybody living in that house on the conditions that it was in.

And it just got out of control.

We were bordering on an episode of Hoarders.

But yeah, retro is the future.
