That makes a lot of sense.

You know, it's funny.

I had so, you know, I've been speaking for 30 years, both in academia, government and military, primarily because that's where I was serving for so many years.

And, and while I was in uniform, I always spoke pro bono, because I just felt like it was a part of my duty and my service to the men and women in uniform to convey this message of leader nomics as often as I could.

And there was this one time when I was speaking to this audience, Gina, and I didn't realize it, but there was a government representative under the government branch of a company called Herman Miller.

Herman Miller, I later came to find out, is a furniture company.

But I didn't know that at the time.

How do you customize those different stories for the different audiences? What's the difference there?
