You know? So the, uh, the Louie Bettencourt Merc, for example, was, was built by the Ayala brothers and then it was, Louie took it over to Barris to get refreshed.

I think it was like the third Mercury ever chopped.

And, you know, Sam Barris did one, and then, um, [clicks tongue] the name is escaping me, but, uh, but Louie Bettencourt had one, and, uh...

I think her name was Nadine, that chop Merc, right?

I don't know.

And I don't know if that's after Mercury Charlie's Nadine or not, but anyways, I think that-

In the beginning, I thought I was gonna strictly be just sheet metal fabrication.

You know, I thought I was gonna, you know, build, uh, uh, the Hirohata Merc type stuff and do custom, you know, fringe headlights and tail lights and chop tops and, you know, do custom work.

And I realized there's not a huge market for that, and I started just basically doing, doing work for shops that didn't have a fabricator.

So I would do, you know, a Mustang 2 front end, or I would do a transmission tunnel firewall rust repair for somebody and then give them their car back.
