Hillel Zeitlin

So here's another mystic who was both spiritual and deeply political who comments on the same text.

Hillel Zeitlin lived in Warsaw in the 20th century and was one of the leaders and writers of this mystical awakening of Polish Jewry in the 20th century.

Tragically, he perished in the Holocaust.

But in the 1920s, in response to World War I, he wrote a long essay calling on us to listen to Abraham's call.
