I was in Highlands, New Jersey on Saturday with that high tide.

49-year-old Michael Donzello is charged with murder and unlawful weapons possession after the Monday killing of Angus McDougald.

Prosecutors say the men shared a residence in Highlands along North Street.

Police responded around 6 p.m. and found the 49-year-old victim had been stabbed twice.
