The thing that people don't realize is maintaining software is actually harder than building software.

The strategy of putting a harness on frontier technology and pointing it at your target market is what every business has to do.

It's either software or hardware.

It's either bytes or atoms.

You're going to pay us a small monthly fee to figure all of that out for you and become the AI strategy.

And so, yeah, that's the difference between internal and external and how we think about that.

Do you know what's funny? I think that the strategy of putting a harness on frontier technology and pointing it at your target market is what every business has to do.

It just depends what you're harnessing.

So, of course, you know, we all ran Lightning Nose recklessly.

And for me, it's really with frontier tech, you know, because I always classified Bitcoin, all aspects of, you know, cryptocurrency that came along for the tail ride and, you early stage machine learning, early stage artificial intelligence is all, you know, frontier tech where there's no playbook, you know? And so when there's no playbook, it is very rough, you know, everything's very rough and it's very much do it yourself and you have to dig in and you have to spend the time just trying it if a little bit.

And for most tech, it's not tied to some sort of financial value.

And so with things like Bitcoin and Lightning, of course, it's ever more important, even if I'm not working in industry or even if I'm not employed in this industry, to really under spend the time to understand it if you put value on there you know if you're gonna lock up money in there you better keep tabs because as you know things change from minute to minute to minute to minute um and you know with instance like you know the cold car incident and with other you know security breaches the only way you get the information is by being in touch right btc pay server that's shocking yeah

So I have to pick my battles very, very carefully of how I'm going to do it.

And if I'm going to do it, I have to execute it very well because I don't have time to mess around.

So, I mean, that's sort of the direction I steered in is really to like keep tabs on Frontier Tech, and especially if there's like a monetary value that's tagged to it, because otherwise you never know, right? If things shift, you really have to pay attention because you could just get rug, you know, everyone knows in this space, you could get rug pull just instantaneously.

So, the way I see development is like insurance policy, you know, understanding first is one thing because like once you understand it, you know, with somebody is bullshitting you or not, because there's a lot of bullshit going around, you know.
