Th- those were, like, pre-RTD, like, kind of drinks people were drinking, and then people, it was like they had a great five, six-year run, and then they completely crashed, and then bourbon just exploded.

You also went through a flavored vodka trend, and so you don't know if this is, like, just a trend for the, you know, and, 'cause we've been about, the first time I had a High Noon was 2020, and-

The ABV is tough 'cause a lot of the, you know, bourbon RTDs are in the 8 to 9%.

Nobody wants to sit there and pound.

You have to create something that's like a High Noon, that people can drink five or six of these things and not get too intoxicated.

What we're going to do is we're going to make high noon cocktails tonight.

I have a shot in here of Tito's handmade vodka.

And we're going to mix and match some of these high noon.

So the first cocktail we're going to make here is going to be part black cherry.

That's a pretty good color, the black chair.

And then I'm going to get the rest of it here with the pineapple.

Just top that with the pineapple and one shot in there.

You have Cupwater.

You have High Noon.

these canned cocktails that are low proof.

They're sold cold.

Similar to Light Bear, many hard seltzers are around 5% alcohol by volume, middle ground between non-alcoholic options and boozier drinks.

With a slightly higher price tag, the low-sugar, gluten-free High Noon hard seltzers, $17 for eight, have emerged as a favorite for all-day barbecues and beach days alike.

Instead of malt, the drinks use real liqueurs like vodka and tequila, along with real fruit juice.
