High Commissioner on National Minorities

We've worked with Turks and Armenians on these issues a lot in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Currently, we're working with the, um, the Office of the, um, by the g- the High Commissioner on National Minorities for the OSCE, um, in Europe, and have just worked with them on drafting a set of guidelines, um, 19 guidelines for how to deal with contested histories, um, and deal with these conflicts.

And they are, you know, they've been-- the OSCE has been working, especially in Eastern Europe, you know, the former Soviet space for, since the 1970s, um, and have accumulated a, a great deal of experience.

And we've been, as you say, working with the High Commissioner now on refining some of the ideas that they've learned, some of our experiences.
