Secondly, we are, of course, back in Chicago, we are having a challenge with securing the space at the merchandise mart.

So we're hoping to get, that's the space where we normally do it with HiDive.

The question is whether we're going to be with HiDive at the merchandise mart or else we're going to have to go elsewhere.

Because of the lack of the availability of that space, which is not High Dive's offices.

It's kind of sort of a corporate meeting space in the bottom of their building that we've always used.

I think there is, but I'm loving, loving, loving Magi Lumiere.

On the other side, I have also noticed a lot of classic Tatsunoko anime has made its way over to HiDive.

So I've seen like Robot Hunter Kashan, Mecha Doc, Time Balkan, shows like that.

But then I'm also thinking about Heavy Metal Elgaim from, you know, Yoshiyuki Tomino.

But then I got a PS5, so, like...

Yeah, what was the point? What was the point of it? And, like, at a certain point, it just became a HiDive machine.

Yeah.

And then I was like, well, I don't even use HiDive.

I canceled my HiDive subscription recently.

Oh,

that's a shame.

[laughs] And how would I, Jay? I wouldn't.

[laughs] Like, did you know that this anime is on HiDive? [laughs] Or like-

Yeah, exactly.

If you have a HiDive subscription, you can definitely go and watch this.

This is definitely an anime.

Uh, the last bit of news I will give you is, uh, this week, High Dive released "The Dangers of Your Heart" Uh, full feature, uh, f- full feature film.

It dropped on HiDive earlier this week, as well as Netflix and Crunchyroll released, uh, Shibuyugi, um, you know, Death Games to put food on the table, live acti- I mean, not live action, but a full feature length adaptation.

That dropped on streaming services as well.

So guys, be sure to go and check those out.

Let's get into, uh, the thing that we've all been delaying be- [laughs] which is our review of Chain Soldier Season 2.

This is a show from winter of 2026 that you can watch on HiDive.

We ne- never reviewed Season 1, so we'll probably talk a little bit about Season 1 in this review.

Uh, it was passed by who you ask? The listeners, because, well, it was failed by us, me, Otaku, and Mason, or no, I think it was Andrew.

It's not weird, but like, not cozy anymore.

It got real, uh... real edgy like real adult a lot of uh fan service stuff going on i was like okay this this took a whole turn but i'm enjoying it still it's a it's an okay show nothing to write home about but it was decent uh i haven't finished yet i think i'm on episode eight or nine i can't remember but it's you know like i said it's all right and then you know i've been watching shiki as well and didn't realize it was a 22 episode show i thought it was 12 episodes for some reason but it does not it is 22 and shout out to i gotta figure out who the youtube channel is but he has the whole thing on there and it's like a seven hour feature film So that made it easier for me because it's not on Crunchyroll or HiDive or anything.

So I had to figure something else out before I sell the seven seas.
