And the only bit that we hadn't done is we hadn't sent a copy of all the documentation to the head of the NHS for Hertfordshire, where we live, who doesn't know him from Adam.

The head of the council, Hertfordshire Council, who once again doesn't know him from Adam, or the head of his college, who to be fair, probably knew he was in the college, but he was in the special needs part of a major college that had over a thousand pupils.

So he probably didn't know him either.

And we had no response from any of them, with the exception of the NHS, who just came back and said, just to let you know, this person's no longer in the role.

Adam has extensive experience in both social care and education, both mainstream and Send, having worked across a full range of ages and stages of education.

Adam joined Therapeutic Thinking from Hertfordshire County Council, where he held a range of roles, including Area Manager for Integrated Services for Learning, Co-County Inclusion Lead, and Behavior Advisor.

So then there were some very large contracts left to basically capture... all of the schools for a local authority.

So Hertfordshire County Council, they like their contract in 2004.

So they took a bit of time about it to come around to realizing they needed a big bulk data capture exercise.

And by then I've got my own company and I won the contract to deliver that for, I think it was 536 schools.
