The Stealing of Iduna Holden, the wise father of the gods, started off one day on a journey through Midgard, the world of men, to see how his people were getting on and to give them help.

He took with him his brother Hernia, the light giver, and Loki, the fire god.

Loki, you know, was always ready to go wherever he could have any fun or do any mischief.

All the morning they went about among the homes of Midgard.

Now, the eagle was really the cruel storm giant, Tiasi.

And he said, I will never let you go until you promise to get for me from Asgard, the lovely goddess Iduna and her precious apples.

When Odin and Hernia saw Loki whisked off through the air, they knew that the eagle must be one of their giant enemies.

So they hurried home to Asgard to defend their sacred city.

For guys with hernias only.

Hernia.

He said nobody injured him.

Hernia happened, and he was out.

And all of a sudden, let your foot off the gas even if you have no intention of doing so.

You have no control over it, but it is what it is.

But definitely, yeah, those goal nets are... at Spurs definitely something I can remember and that game against Luton with Lineker playing but not scoring Roy Wegele scored for Luton after about 13 seconds after the restart and I think you're like me because you remember the end of season VHS reviews

So Luton kick off the second half a goal down and their manager Ray Harford obviously with Mick Harford his main striker injured and likely to be out for about six games for the Hernia operation That was the commentary that they used for it.

I think it was obviously a big deal because Brian Moore was doing the commentary.

I felt like they never showed the opposition goals on those things.

We would like to dedicate this episode in honor of Professor Neil Smart, a visionary from the UK who was deeply committed to the European Hernia Society and was a fierce advocate for patient-centered care.

This is a great opportunity to just give a shout-out to Neil and the fact that he was always so open and welcoming to anybody to share his knowledge and his insight and his experience.

He never said no to anybody if they kind of invited themselves over to his unit, and he'd always make sure that he had a good time to get for dinner.
