And it's run by this old Italian couple and they yell at each other whilst you're just standing there in store.

That was 10 seconds after Food Woolworths declared that we only build supermarkets where we don't have them, but they acknowledged they were sitting above a supermarket in, in Williamson Avenue in Ponsonby.

So it was quite exciting to see the tower crane to the Herne Bay, uh, uh, supermarket being built.

So geographic monopolization is the third thing.

The fourth thing is data.

So give us an example of where they went.

Goodness, well, if we go to the North Herne Bay with the northernmost tram route in Auckland, and then we work our way on an anti-clockwise direction around the city isthmus, Point Chevalier, Avondale, Wairaka, Avondale, gosh, I'm losing it myself, Dominion Road, Mount Roskill, Three Kings, Onihanga, and of course rugby's on everybody's mind at the moment and of course a lot of people probably don't realise there used to be a loop behind the old grandstand at Eden Park and on big rugby games they'd have 30-odd trams all lined up on that loop while bringing people in and then lined up ready to take them all home back into Sandringham Road and back to the city again.

Hang on, they would have 30 or 40 trams waiting outside Eden Park in a loop to take fans away?

They turned off Sandringham Road into this loop.

There's this big line out the door for something, and I was like, "What? What? What's this?" You know, I don't- it's unheard of down buddy whatever stre- Herne Bay.

You know, is it, does it mirror deals that their clients are doing, and can you garner some insight on what percentage value gain or percentage increase in income? Um, if it's your own home, what do those repayments look like on interest only, principal and interest? You know, how is it actually going to impact your life? If it's a home, that's all coming out of your salary or income.

If it's a rental property, do you want it to tip cash into your pro- into your hand, or is it going to be in Herne Bay where you're certainly tipping cash in? [laughs] Even- no matter how hard you reno.

[laughs] So, so take the advice from your advisor, uh, to work out where you're at, and you need to understand from the day that you settle that property how it can impact you positively or negatively and what are the risks.

In the budget, did they, uh, factor in the amount of money they'd be spending on lawyers from all the challenges they would get from the supermarket c- companies? Did they think about which supermarkets they might take over? Would they take over the ones in Otara, but maybe not Grey Lynn? I don't know.

You know, nice to give cheap, uh, groceries to people in South Auckland, but possibly not Herne Bay.

It's ludicrous.

The policy is ludicrous.
