I'm based in San Diego.

I'm the medical director for the Hepatitis B Foundation.

I have five practice locations in California, Nevada, three places where I teach academically, and also I'm busy around the world, most recently a major Africa initiative on hepatitis B.

and truly the most prolific international traveler in the world in the field of hepatitis B. I have no doubt about it.

One PCR will pay for two years of tenofovir.

But there's a test capacity to get people on treatment, and we're working very hard on that with the Hepatitis B Foundation.

We will break down those barriers.
