Why do you think it's so important to get family involved?

Well, it's interesting, and it is a fork in the road.

First of all, Dion's the chair of the Moondance and the driving force behind Moondance and the MCI, Moondance Cancer Initiative.

But having the kids on, there's a split as to whether you want to leave it as a legacy or you want to spend it all in your lifetime.

And we've kind of gone down the route of we want to leave it as a legacy.

And if we're going to do that, we need to pass it on to somebody.

Who better than the kids, right? And so they are part of it.

Yes.

It's huge.

I mean, one of the things I'm most proud of to this day is that there are no managerial offices in Admiral Group.

You go to Lille, you go to Delhi, you go to Halifax in Nova Scotia, you go to Swansea, it doesn't matter.

There are no managerial offices.
