Henderson Police Department

Mm.

I mean, it can be an especially motivating factor for small towns and cities, and although Las Vegas PD and Henderson PD aren't quite in that dire of straits, you know-

Yeah

... financially, uh, still according to The Nevada Independent, in 2025 the Henderson facility made $3.5 million in revenue-

So we essentially have jurisdiction over the whole county.

But you have Henderson Police Department.

You have North Las Vegas Police Department.

So they run their own.

And just as a quick stop, you were noting that she has been a part of Henderson, and we will go further in depth on that.

As she decided to run for mayor quite soon after she was let go from the Henderson Police Department as their former police chief, she received the following endorsements.

On this page, it says that if you have any other endorsements to send them along.

The Gene Altobella Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 3 International, Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, the IATSE Local 720, Southern Nevada Central Labor Council Teamsters, Joint Council 42 Teamsters, Local 631 Teamsters, Nevada Native Voters Alliance, Nevada Narcotic Officers Association, Nevada Citizen Action Network, Save Nevada, Stef Solution Nevada, Las Vegas Voter Guide, and Vegas DESI.

So what does that have to do with the price of tea in China? She has a lot of union support, and maybe that has to do with her prior calling as police chief in Henderson.

After she let, was let go at, as the police chief, she sat down with FOX 5's Tom Durian to discuss her mayoral campaign and its priorities.

Chadwick served 22 and a half years with the Henderson Police Department before her termination last year.

So these are the sources that told FOX 5 that the city leadership provided her an ultimatum.

Now granted, in a county as small as that, Is there necessarily much of a difference? I don't know.

But if what Nina said is true, because maybe she just got confused thinking back, you know, like that it was the Sumner County Sheriff's Office and she was actually, you know, at the Henderson PD.

The way she presented things, it seemed that the police were very friendly to the Proudfoots.

And interestingly, this is the part that really gets me.
