I think we are entering a new phase of digital transformation.

If you just reflect back in a few years ago, the first phase was largely about digitizing information and automating existing processes.

The next phase, in our opinion, is much more fundamental.

We should be asking whether we would design the process the same way at all if we were starting today with AI and Gen AI and the abilities of this reasoning capacity that is being built in these LLMs and the modern data platforms, the AI-ready data platforms and the automation available.

Would we do it the same way? We are moving beyond automating existing processes.
