Helmond

Helene has been painting for more than 15 years.

She's competed internationally, had some incredible competition results and earlier this year you actually won the international face painting competition in Helmond in the Netherlands.

That's right.

So we're going to have a chat today about competitions, why we should keep learning and pushing ourselves regardless of how long we've been painting, why it's important to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and why we both feel like being part of the wider face painting community can be very, very important.

They're opening a shop there.

Bart van der Acker, the founder of the Home Computer Museum in Helmond, is opening it with Commodore's blessing, it seems.

And that Midwinter Fan Remaster we've been talking about now has early access open.

an organ that was originally built as a barrel-operated instrument by the company of Ruth in 1895, and then it was subsequently converted to play cardboard book music by Carl Fry in 1933.

More recently, it was restored in 2015 by Martin Conrads, and it is now on display as one of the wonderful exhibits at the Dryogel Museum in Helmond in the Netherlands.

It's a 58 keyless Ruth, and yeah, it sounds lovely, doesn't it? Lovely, lovely.
