Without Luffy to save him from Helmeppo's dastardly trap, Zoro might have been executed by the Marines by the corrupt Captain Morgan.

Even if he had survived, Zoro would likely have continued his life as a bounty hunter, wandering around aimlessly in pursuit of his dream to become the world's greatest swordsman.

He wouldn't really be able to get too far without his original crew to support him.

Habari is into photography and collecting bags, and Helmeppo is into fashion and food tours.

He one-shots Alvida, amazes Koby, sails off with him at his side, and eventually comes across the trapped Zoro.

Once again, most of this part of the story doesn't really change apart from Luffy using Armament Haki as his main defense instead of his rubber body and using emission on Helmeppo to save Koby.

Similarly, the events of Orange Town stay the same, but for different reasons.

With the usage of Observation Haki and its techniques, Luffy is able to work out that Nami has a good heart right off the bat despite her personal struggles.
