Helles Bock

And you know, most of us now, we've, you know, we've transitioned over to, you know, to all grain and, you know, brew in a bag or, you know, o- o- one, one kind of kettle systems.

But you know, I, uh, like months ago, I took an all grain recipe for a Helles Bock, and I put all DME and LME in it just because I didn't wanna stand in the kitchen for eight or nine hours.

Four and a half hours, I was done with the whole thing.

Beer turned out amazing.

We love doppelbocks.

I don't like Maibocks.

Yeah.

So...

But I feel like, yeah, Maibocks are more golden.

They are, yeah.

You know?

Nope.

I was starting, I got my Holy Helles Bock that I brewed.

Nice.

And this is the one that I don't know if you guys saw it or not.

I talk so much on here about fucking like extracts and things like that.

I took my all grain Helles Bock, whole thing was dry extract, except for like two and a half pounds of two row and a pound of corn sugar to drive up the ABV.

This freaking thing came out amazing.

And I'm going to say better than the all grain one that I brew.
