The movie starts out with a party in front of the mansion, and people are in front, and then they stop, and then they tell the story about the house, and that there's a sorority of girls there, and the pledges, both the sorority pledges, there's girls' pledges, and then there's guy pledges that together they're going to go in the house.

and spend the night.

And by the way, him and Chuck Russell, you know where they met? They worked together on Hell Night in 1981.
