Helena Rowland

Mia Fenner comes onto the wing.

Helena Rowland at 12.

And Sadia Kabea starts at 7 for England.

So there's four changes John Mitchell has made to the England side.

She's out of the 23.

Alex Matthews is on the bench with Sadia coming in and Helena Rowland gets into the centres with the captain Meg Jones.

So, yeah, it's interesting.

But John Mitchell did say... post-match that he was thinking about selection and he mentioned the word trust in that as well.

And it seemed like, yeah, Singh had for so long a brilliant goal kicker as well, it should be said.

And it's such a safe pair of hands in the 15 jersey.

Helena Rowlands, such a versatile player, you know, could just fit in anywhere.

That one's maybe a little bit surprising because you're then going to miss Tatiana Heard's kind of dent that she seems to get over the game line every time she plays.
