We have Tom Hulse, uh, who was coming off of a, it was an Oscar winner from, uh, Amadeus, um, Helena Bonham Carter.

Aiden Quinn, our buddy there, is showing up again.

Right.

Obviously the, uh, girlfriend figure played by, uh, Helena Bonham Carter, she does a great job too, uh, but she's kind of like a, uh, she almost kinda reinforces that-

And they're like, okay, Tim Burton, I'm making another movie.

I mean, for a long while, that's exactly what it was.

You see, I've met lots of people in my life, both professionally and just bumping into people.

And, um, then I've completely forgotten the name of our main character's actor, but she's also incredible.

Because this was, like, an older TV show for kids, I put some older actors in this, but then I also came up with, like, new...

So, like, for Hannah, let's say, for Hannah Montana, I said I would've chosen, in that time I could've seen Helena Bonham Carter, Bellatrix Lestrange, and the, the female lead from Fight Club I could have seen her playing this role really well.

Like, I think she would have done a double life role really, really well.

Interesting.

It doesn't matter.

And honestly, like, especially for, like, I find that with Helena...

Oh, my God, Helena Bonham Carter, I feel like she's, like, just such a small, petite person that, like, she could have-

I was kind of on there doing my thing on the day, and I think even on day one I was still in a bit of kind of limbo and awe that, "This can't be.

It just, it, this can't be right," you know? And it wasn't until I think a few days into the shoot when I'd actually done my scenes with Helena Bonham Carter where I was like, that's when the reality sank in, you know? 'Cause she's been a hero of mine that I've adored since I was so young, you know, from like all her early films, you know, Frankenstein, Fight Club, that was so good.

Uh, and being h- here with her on set and just seeing how cool she was and so quirky and bubbly, just like exactly how you kind of pictured her in your head to be, kind of, I think that was the reality switch that this is it, but also the, "Okay, now I'm ready to have fun.
