Now, our number one, we talked college football's new playoff, we talked a good amount of NFL.

And speaking of the NFL, if you are looking for a good spot to watch the games tomorrow, look no further.

I wasn't sure if you'd met in person.

And that's Ben Williams with Ben's Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.

Great to have you here as well.

It is an honor to be here with you fine folks.

So much is going on.

Thank you.

And again, that number for Bins Plumbing, Heating, and

Cooling? 303-995-1636.

So let's talk about things to do.

I'm in urban area and Ben's Plumbing, Heating and Cooling has shown me what cracked pipes look like if you don't undo your hoses from outside.

So I've got to do that today.

So that's some of my winterizing.

Outdoor patios, landscaping design, lawn maintenance, and more.

Rex Road with us on the program today from Parts Unknown Sporting, what I can only describe as a freaking sweet bucket hat down there.

Joe, how we doing? What's going on?

Hi, my name's Steve Rolston.

I'm the founder of LandArk Homes and Watercolor Westport, and today we have Brad Adrain from Valley Heating and Plumbing, so welcome, Brad.

Thanks for having me.

Yeah, really excited to have you here.

Okay.

And I obtained a degree in business, and through that, I went from there to, uh, 3M in Perth, worked there for a few years and then decided that that wasn't for me, so I wanted to pursue something in more in the business side of things.

So, um, was approached by the owner of Valley Plumbing, Heating and Water Treatment, and then the rest, they say, is kind of history.

So given the fact that I can kind of guess that that might have been a little while ago, but not too long, so [laughs]

This is just common, this is just a common postcard.

Inland 2000, you know, Chauffage radium.

I'm not French, so I don't know exactly what that means, but I mean, this isn't one or two graphics of radium.

I mean, this is, you know, I believe-

Look, the first thing to say is it's really exciting times.

As you say, there were, there were nine projects last, last week, um, given funding for pre-development, um, and actually quietly in the background, there has been some of this work going on in Dublin already, um, and the government has now committed to 50 million to the Dublin District, uh, Heating Project.

Mm.

So there's a lot going on, and, you know, we obviously have to bring the public on board when streets are being dug up, but we, we, we did it during, um, the transition to gas, and we don't even talk about that anymore.

I can confirm, looking at the calendar, It is not Groundhog Day.

It is just a normal Monday after a Titans game, Joe.
