But before that, Heather, I'd love for you to tell everybody who you are, where do you live, and why did you even start a consulting company?

Yeah, I'm happy to share that.

So, um, I am in Minnesota, which I believe is one of the best places to be.

I love this state and the innovative work that we have done collaboratively here to help survivors of all different kinds of violence and exploitation.

My background was in business and marketing, and I got into this work around 2008, um, because I was very passionate about the issue of human trafficking.

At that time, really, a lot of people weren't aware of it, weren't talking a lot about it.

It had been sensationalized in movies like Taken and things like that, but people didn't realize it was happening right here in our communities every day, all day.

I'm wondering, are there times when you would look at a foundation or organization, a nonprofit, and say, "You're at the right size"? Or should a foundation always expand?

So how can people support the kids over the summertime?

So we have actually launched a Summer Meals for Kids campaign this summer, and are asking people to support it in a couple of different ways, whichever is easiest for them.

First is donating.

Every dollar helps provide four meals.

So, um, if you're able to donate to semofoodbank.org in the Summer Meals for Kids campaign, um, that will really help kids and their families.

Or if you have a Harps Grocery store in your community and you're out buying groceries, they have pre-assembled blessing bags-
