Hmm.

Which means we're gonna leverage it really well, and we're gonna do everything within our, within our power, within the, the, the creativity that God has graced us with, uh, to make sure that we're doing everything we can to make this the best thing that it can be.

And those, that ability to handle the ministry aspect, or what we traditionally call ministry, and the logistics and the, the responsibility, the stewardship of the organization, uh, has really shifted what we've been doing at Experience for the last, this'll be five years since I stepped into the role.

And our structure, our systems have gotten tighter, um, and yet our ... at the same time, uh, once we did that, suddenly we found that we had a lot more freedom and, and margin in what we were able to do, uh, which is huge.

And so we're at that stage right now where we're looking in it, at what it would look like to expand.

Um, we're having some cool conversations with how to replicate, uh, this organization and this ministry, uh, beyond what we've been doing for the last-

Um, or they're not at that point.

but I think what you're saying is spot on is there's this element of how people think and how they're processing not only leadership, but also team dynamics.

And there is, I would say that there's probably a lot of people within current organizations and churches and things like that, where there's an unhealthy idolization of the idea of leadership.

And so they will go, if I'm the leader, then I'm better than...

these other type of people who are part of the organization.

And every organization should, if they're healthy, have a mix of, like I wrote some of these down, you should have a mix of facilitators, people who, they are not list makers, but they are list takers.

You give them something and they will crank it out.
