Heat recovery steam generator

In 2017, McLaren Engineering Group embarked on their own trepidatious transport mission.

They were tasked with moving a Heat Recovery Steam Generator, or HRSG for short.

This is a pretty important piece of kit in power plants used to capture waste heat from gas turbines.

The generator McLaren moved was a neck-breaking 130 feet tall and weighed some 4,000 tons.

In addition, we work with their team and focus on the power generation design to implement the CCS-ready plan that I was talking about earlier.

And we work with the different providers, the turbine providers, the HRSG provider, which is another l-large equipment in the power generation plant, to provide all the proper provisions to make sure that integration with the flue gas as well as steam is being done with purpose and ready for that near-term implementation.

So what does Black & Veatch do in its approach to technology selection and project execution in achieving successful completion?

We believe this is very important in that early start of the project.
